To secure your reservation, an advance deposit of $100 is required for Rides and Backcountry Loop trips. A $300 advance deposit is necessary to reserve your Day Trip or Overnight Trek. The balance due is payable in check or cash prior to trip departure. Deposits may be submitted in the form of a personal check or money order made payable to "Chilly Dogs" and mailed to:

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, 50% of your deposit is refundable if your request is received in writing 30 days prior to your trip date. After that date, fees cannot be refunded, but 50% can be applied toward another trip this year or next, if so desired. Weather-related factors, such as airport closures, poor snow conditions, etc., may result in the need to cancel a trip. In this case, your entire deposit will be applied toward another trip of your choice, if dates are available, this year or next. And in the rare event that Chilly Dogs must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, your entire deposit will be refunded or applied to another trip date of your choosing, subject to availability.
